2016 Langsheng Investors Annual Meeting for a Review of Visiting Invested Company

   At the end of golden autumn October, the 2016 Langsheng investors Annual Meeting was successfully held in Shanghai from October 28th to October 29th

    Let’s look back the wonderful moments during the two days. On the first day, our investors visited four companies located in Shanghai which are invested by Langsheng Fund. Although the agenda was very tight, the weather was fine that previous rainy day and crowed morning traffic jams were both far away from us. We were able to go on smoothly as planed and visited each of four enterprises on site. Our fund investors all expressed that seeing is believing. Although receiving our fund performance reports, our fund investors felt the industry advantages and product features of each enterprise we had invested. Visiting help our fund investors further understand the portfolio of Langsheng fund as well as convince the investment capacity of Langsheng investment team.

 

   The first enterprise we visited was Shanghai Gene-Soft Company, its chairman Li Ye and DT Director Jiang Rui received us and share us how the big data can apply in aviation and high speed rail repair industry and its development prospect.

   Then we left for Ankon Technologies Company, its chairman Ji Pengsong showed us the capsule gastroscope with a size like a first section of a female’s little finger was swallowed by staff and how it worked, and explained in the principle, technical and other aspects.

   After a short break, we left for Ningbo Sumscope Information Technology located in Lujiazui, its founder Wang Feng introduced us how the finance real-time information platform of RMB market was established.

   The last company we visit was Shanghai Life Science & Technology Company located in Pujiang high-tech park, it was a high-tech enterprise which focused on stem cell storage and the development and clinical application of cell therapy. Its chairman Mrs. Chen Baowen, COO Mr.Zhou Jiren and Chief Scientist Dr. Zhou showed us around the laboratory and introduced that stem cell was effective for all parts of human’s body. We also went to the medical platform built by Shanghai Life Science & Technology Company and the top three South branch of the Shanghai East Hospital and inspect on-site the national leading medical management system and clinical standard.

   The next day, October 29th , our investors participated in the Langsheng fund performance report in the morning. Chairman Mr. Ping Fan reported on macro-environment, Management Partner Mrs. Zhou Ling reported on fund performance review and partner Mr. Zha Yang reported on  post-investment and exit management. Three vice presidents of our investment team respectively had a brief introduction on new projects from the perspective of investment. Our investment committee members, partner of  Llinks Law Offices Mr. Yu Weifeng, vice president of Libai Group, senior partner of PwC greater China region Mr. Huang Jia respectively published their views and opinions on the investment projects, from the perspective of investors, enterprise managers, professional agencies.
